Even though some parts of the country are still getting hammered by winter weather, the promise of spring is in the air. It’s great to consider a fresh start as it warms up and the first glimpses of green appear.

Nine years ago, the spring was marked by a market plunge and an economic crisis that had people worried that they would continue to fall.

The opposite has in fact happened, and markets have continued to move upwards ever since. But the recent volatility can make us feel worried and anxious about our investments.

This week also marks the end of the traditional tax reporting season.  As you finish up 2017 and look forward to 2018, we wanted to share some tips for the rest of the year.
